Getting Started

Start by learning the bomb placement timing and explosion patterns. Bombs explode in four directions (up, down, left, right) and can chain react with other bombs. The explosion radius depends on power-ups collected. Always leave yourself an escape route when placing bombs — getting trapped by your own explosion is the most common way to die.

Focus on survival over aggression in your first few rounds. Learn the battlefield layouts: which walls are destructible, where power-ups tend to spawn, and which areas are dead ends. In 2-player mode, controlling the center of the arena gives you more options.

• Forgetting Chain Reactions — Explosions chain through multiple bombs; calculate the total blast zone
• Staying in One Place Too Long — Keep moving to stay unpredictable
• Ignoring the Battlefield Terrain — Use obstacles to your advantage; hide behind indestructible walls
