The goal is to survive, not to build perfectly — clearing lines consistently is better than setting up fancy combos and dying.

Start with 40 Lines mode to practice speed, then try Blitz for score attack practice. In multiplayer, focus on simple, consistent play rather than complex setups.

Advanced Tips

• T-Spins — Learn to set up and execute T-Spin Singles, Doubles, and Triples for efficient garbage sending. A T-Spin sends more garbage than a regular line clear
• Perfect Clears — Clearing the entire board awards massive points and sends heavy garbage. Learn common Perfect Clear setups
• Combos — Consecutive line clears increase your attack multiplier significantly. A 4-combo sends much more garbage than 4 separate singles
• Downstacking — Learn to clear garbage lines efficiently when your board gets messy. Focus on uncovering the garbage hole one line at a time
• Targeting — In multiplayer, target players who are close to topping out or who are attacking you
• Hold Piece Strategy — Use the Hold piece to save an I-piece for emergencies or to set up T-Spins
