Your first minutes are about orbs, not kills. A freshly spawned Page picking fights with established knights is just free XP for them. Sweep the quieter edges of the map, hoover up loose orbs, and only engage enemies your own size. Learn your sword's reach — most beginners swing too early and die during the recovery.

Advanced Tips

• Orb Shadowing — Follow big fights from a distance; the loser drops a fortune in XP and the winner is usually wounded
• The Side Step — Don't charge straight in — approach at an angle so their swing misses and yours doesn't
• Rank Checking — Size tells you everything. If they're visibly bigger, walk away
• Corner Pressure — Herd weaker players toward the arena edge where their escape routes shrink
• Disengage Discipline — Knowing when to break off a losing duel is what separates champions from orb piles

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Swing Spam — Mashing the attack leaves you frozen and vulnerable between swings
• Chasing Kills — Pursuing a fleeing enemy across the map drags you into someone else's territory
• Fighting Up a Rank — That Templar is not "almost dead" — you're about to be
• Ignoring Orbs — Combat-only leveling is slow; the map feeds you for free
• Tunnel Vision — Staring at your target while a third player flanks you is the classic arena death
